Ada aneka macam jenis teks yang diajarkan dalam kurikulum 2013. Untuk SMP/MTs yang diajarkan pada kelas tujuh antara lain teks dongeng fantasi, teks deskripsi, teks prosedur, teks laporan hasil observasi, dan teks dongeng fabel.

Masing-masing teks dongeng di atas mempunyai struktur tersendiri. Yang akan kita bahas kali ini yakni teks dongeng fabel atau yang biasa disebut dengan teks fabel.

Struktur teks fabel mempunyai kemiripan dengan teks dongeng fantasi. Perhatikan struktur teks fabel berikut ini!

3. Resolusi
4. Koda (Bisa ada sanggup tidak)

Sementara struktur teks dongeng fantasi terdiri dari tiga struktur saja yaitu Orientasi, Komplikasi, dan Resolusi, tanpa Koda.
